SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PLEASE INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST by contacting Sales@GunSupplyStore.com.  Requests will not be handled by phone.

Return Merchandise Authorization numbers  (RMA#) are issued by WRITTEN request ONLY VIA EMAIL.  Please do not call THE ORDER LINE for an RMA# as shipping and returns are handled by our warehouse personnel in another location. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

EXCHANGES are not accepted.  If you would like a different item, please reorder the desired product via the website.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping. If free shipping was offered, $12.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. We'll provide a pre-paid return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). Special/Pre-Order Order items are not returnable. This 7-Day Guarantee gives you time to check items for color, quality, and proper fit. Returns for a refund will incur a 15% RESTOCKING FEE of the regular listing price. This restocking fee will be waived if you order a replacement product of equal or higher value first before returning the original purchase.

Please DO NOT place labels on or deface the original manufacturers packaging.  Buyer must return merchandise unused in original brand new condition including all tags still attached and packaging as it was received along with any FREE merchandise included with the sale. The return must be received no later than 10 days after the RMA number has been assigned to the customer and clearly placed on the outside of the package near your return address. Packages arriving without the RMA number clearly located on the outside of the package will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Place a copy of the order that came in the package with the RMA number and reason for return printed clearly on the copy. (Without this we have no idea who it came from.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Packages arriving without the RMA number clearly located on the outside of the package will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Warranties - Please keep all product documentation and sales receipts in the rare event you need to file a claim with the manufacturer. We DO NOT handle warranty claims for the manufacturer.

Shipping - We generally ship within 1 BUSINESS DAY of receiving cleared payment and ship the SAME DAY on early morning orders. Out of stock and Special / Pre-orders may take longer.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations. The shipping noted for each item is for US delivery only (48 States). Contact us before placing an order for International shipping prices and approval to ship across borders.

Once an order is accepted by a carrier from us, we can not be responsible for the safe delivery. We will assist you in any claims with the carrier for non-delivery. You may request signature service at a small additional charge to avoid the package being left on the door step or mail box. It is up to the purchaser to determine the safety of the delivery location.
